Job Summary:
Naval District Washington Region encompasses over 4,000 square miles, including the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia. Naval District Washington is responsible for efficiently delivering common operating support services to over 120 mission commands located within the Region. Naval District Washington is the regional provider of common operating support to twenty Naval installations within a one-hundred-mile radius of the Pentagon.
Marine Corps Base Quantico (commonly abbreviated MCB Quantico) is a United States Marine Corps installation located near Triangle, Virginia, covering nearly 55,148 acres (86.169 sq. mi) of southern Prince William County, Virginia, northern Stafford County, and southeastern Fauquier County. Used primarily for training purposes, MCB Quantico is known as the "Crossroads of the Marine Corps. 
Marine Corps Cyber Operations Group MCCOG directs global Network Operations (NETOPS) and computer network defense of the Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN) and to provide technical leadership in support of Marine and joint forces operating worldwide. The MCCOG is also responsible for intelligence gathering and analysis to develop future capabilities planning in accordance with DCO.
The Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA), created in 1987, is a field activity headquarters of the United States Marine Corps, and a member of the United States Intelligence Community. The Marine Corps Intelligence Activity mission is to provide intelligence services to the Marine Corps and the U.S. Intelligence Community. These services are based on expeditionary mission profiles in littoral areas. It supports the development of service doctrine, force structure, training and education, and acquisition.
The Marine Corps Information Operations Center (MCIOC) provides operational support to the Marine Components and MAGTFs and provides OIE subject matter expertise in support of USMC OIE advocates and proponents IOT enable the effective integration of OIE into Marine Corps operations. 
In support of these prestigious USMC commands, our Janitorial staff are leveraged to ensure that the high cleanliness standards of the USMC outlined within our contract are maintained.
  • Provide building cleaning services in various Quantico facilities but mainly focused in MCIA.
  • Perform daily routine Custodial tasks which include sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing restrooms, removing trash from buildings to outside dumpsters etc.
  • Apply skills and knowledge of materials, power tools and hand tools applicable to custodial duties such as vacuums, brooms, mops, and cleaning products.
  • Practice and understand the elements of good customer service, good communication skills and interaction with others.
  • Maintain janitor closets in a clean, organized, and safe manner.
  • Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition.
  • Ensure proper labeling, dilution and use of all chemicals.
  • Order and stock supplies.
  • Assist other areas as needed using a company vehicle to travers between the buildings on Quantico.
  • Perform all assignments in accordance with ES&H, security, and business practice requirements and policies.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must possess Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance.
  • Minimum High School diploma.
  • Minimum 3 years' similar verifiable experience.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to understand and have working knowledge of hazardous, safety, and environmental warnings.
  • Ability to work weeknights or weekends, as needed.
  • A valid driver’s license is preferred.
Work Conditions:
Work may be performed both indoors and outdoors. Outdoor work is subject to extreme temperatures, noise, and inclement weather conditions and other conditions determined by the nature of the job. Tasks may be performed on uneven, inclined, hard, and cement structures and surfaces at times.
